For this project, our team carried out Thermal Insulation using Mineral wool 40mm Isover ductwrap on all fresh air and supply ducting. Mineral wool is a highly effective insulation material, known for its excellent thermal properties and fire resistance. Additionally, we conducted Thermal Insulation in accordance with the specified materials to services, including HWS (Hot Water Supply) at 65 degrees, HWS at 90 degrees, and CWS (Cold Water Supply) pipework, utilizing Phenolic sections. These materials are specifically chosen for their thermal insulation capabilities and durability.
The majority of the works were carried out at high levels, demonstrating our team’s expertise in handling complex projects. We ensured that the Thermal Insulation was installed based on the latest BS (British Standards) guidelines, taking into account the temperatures and pressure of the installed hot and cold water services. Notably, we successfully insulated a 65-degree circuit running at 23 bar pressure, meeting the project’s specific requirements.
